Location was convenient, and the swimming pool was fantastic for kids with a fun slide and friendly lifeguards. However, walls were incredibly thin, leading to frequent disturbances from nearby rooms. The food experience was disappointing. service was rushed, and the quality of the meals was subpar, with several inedible dishes. The gym equipment also needs serious upgrades.

I stayed with my family and the kids enjoyed the crafts. It was nice to have activities for the children to keep them busy.
The pool area was not as enjoyable as I hoped. The chlorine was strong, and the air quality was an issue. The cloudy pool caused disappointment since it was one of the main attractions.

Family vibe but rough edges
The reception was friendly like really friendly and they let us check in early, which was great. And the pool area was perfect for the kids, they just loved it and it gave us some peace for a bit.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.

central location makes exploring plymouth convenient and fun
I loved that we could easily stroll over to Plymouth Rock and the Pilgrim Memorial State Park during our stay, which really enhanced our exploration of the area. the friendly staff also made our time there enjoyable, but I think the hotel could benefit from some modern updates to the rooms.

would love to stay here again
The non-smoking superior room was super clean and came with air conditioning, cable channels, and a private bathroom. The indoor pool had a fun water slide. We enjoyed spa services like full body massages and access to the sauna. There's a nice arcade for kids too. Breakfast had great options like omelets and pancakes. The staff was very welcoming.

The hotel location was excellent, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The pool was enjoyable and the staff friendly, making for a pleasant stay. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and maintenance issues with the heating system were troubling.

Our family had a great time here! The indoor pool was fantastic for the kids, and the dining options were delicious, especially at the attached restaurant. We enjoyed the historical charm of the area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions just a short walk away. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. However, the hot tub was out of order, which was a minor letdown.

Cozy fireplace vibes, but a few misses
We splurged on the fireplace suite, but the fireplace was a no-show. The whirlpool was super small—my 6-yr-old fit in it just fine. The slide at the pool seemed a bit sketchy, and the bed was itchy, making sleep hard. The restaurant took forever with our food, but the atmosphere was chill.

We had a lovely time enjoying the heated pool and the whirlpool during our stay! The kids loved it, and the spa lounge was a nice touch for us adults to unwind. It would’ve been great to have a bit more information about pool hours, but overall, it was a wonderful getaway! 😊
